Hey! Coach Austin here!

You once lived a fitness lifestyle but now, you barely have time to go for a walk with the hectic schedule of being a mom.

I'm here to change that and give you some simple workouts you can do that take only 15 minutes max, as well as some purposeful workout tips.

Let's get started.

Workout A.

Knee Push-ups: 3 Sets of 10 Reps.

Bodyweight Squats: 2 Sets of 10 Reps.

Planks: 2 Sets of 25 Seconds.

Jumping Jacks: 3 Sets of 30 Seconds.

Lying Leg Lifts: 2 Sets of 12 Reps.

Workout B.

Running in Place: 4 Sets of 25 Seconds.

Side Planks: 20 Seconds each side. (2 Sets).

Crunches: 3 Sets of 30 Reps.

Burpees without the Push-up or Jump.

5 Sets of 10 Reps.

Alternate between workouts A-B 3-6 times a week.

Workout Tips:
Tip 1.
If your at your kids games, practices, rehearsals, dr.s/dentist appointments. Please do this simple exercise.

Do 3 Sets of 20 of Bodyweight Squats.

This will build endurance, and if you build up your endurance over time, it can turn into a standalone cardio workout you can do in the convenients of your own home.

It also is a great glute builder!

You can do more then 3 Sets. Don’t make any excuses!

Tip 2.
Do Push-ups in the morning when you first wake up.

Not only will you feel a sense of accomplishment and pride from doing the push-ups every morning but you will also develop upper body and core strength and endurance.

Just start with one max set. Work up to 3-5 max sets if you have time.

Tip 3.
Have a scheduled exercise time for your kids.

Just an idea but you can workout with your kids.

You need to exercise, your kids need to exercise. You can go bowling, play tennis, basketball, volleyball, or pick up the good old fashion sport of running or biking!

Don't forget a new pair of Tennes!

There you have it! If you didn’t know I am A Certified Personal Trainer from the ISSA.
