Get an experienced personal trainer in the comfort of your own home.

Bodyweight Training, Yoga Fitness, Dynamic Stretches, Core and Stability, Resistance Bands Strength Training, and more all from Experienced and Certified Personal Trainer, Coach Austin Flath. ISSA.

I will come to you if you live in Tacoma Washington.

Nutrition Coaching Included with monthly membership from Coach Austin, Certified Nutritionist ISSA.

-$500 per month for 6 month membership. Training 3 times per week. Comes to $41 dollars per session and you get the nutrition coaching included at no extra cost!

-$465 per month for 12 month membership. Training 3 times per week. Comes to $38 dollars per session. Don't forget you get the nutrition coaching included with this rate.

This training is perfect if you don't like the pressures of going to the gym and are looking to shed some lbs for your New Year's Resolution.

I started coaching at my track club while I was in high-school and loved connecting and training. I knew then that I wanted to be a personal trainer and help people. I've been a trainer and coach since 2009 at Curtis Senior High-School, LA Fitness, Fitness Evolution, in my own Private Fitness Bootcamps and now at Macho's Gym in Tacoma. You can see with my fair prices that I don't do personal training for the money.
