No Gym, No Problem: 

Sneak More Movement into Your Busy Day


       Are you a busy professional that just doesn't have time in your busy day?

Have family obligations and can't make it to the gym.

Whatever your reason we all live hectic lives and need to make wellness a priority!

Here's a list of my secrets as a Certified Personal Trainer with workout Ideas you can do for 5-10 minutes before work, or during your lunch break.

The key is to do High Intensity Interval Training because it takes so much less time then conventional cardio and strength training.

Here's the routine...

Burpees 3 Sets of 10 Reps.
 
Running/Sprinting in Place. 30 Seconds 3 Sets.

Planks 2 sets of 30 seconds.

Push-ups. 2 Sets of 15 Reps

Jumping Jack's 2 Sets of 20 Reps.




There you have it! If you add these 5 simple exercises into your busy day your will reap the benefits.
