​Coach Austin helped with his personal training and meal plans which I lost 10 lbs in the first month. He even went grocery shopping with me and helped me find healthy alternatives to the foods I love! He was also very encouraging during the workouts, worked in my budget, and found workouts I could do at 360lbs.  Highly recommended.
